Ingredients
- 1 C Teff
- 3 C water
Instructions
- Toast the Teff seeds in a dry skillet, until they begin to pop
- Add water and bring to a boil
- Reduce heat and let simmer for about 20 minutes
Notes
We like to add chopped dates, chopped walnuts, either honey or maple syrup and a little almond milk.
