Instructions
Toast the Teff seeds in a dry skillet, until they begin to pop
Add water and bring to a boil
Reduce heat and let simmer for about 20 minutes
Notes
We like to add chopped dates, chopped walnuts, either honey or maple syrup and a little almond milk.
