We all think we eat pretty well, right? We thought so too, until we started looking into it deeper. I was raised on meat and potatoes – what could be wrong with that? Turns out, quite a lot. So if you're willing to look at what you eat and experiment a little, this is a site to help you do just that!
Our focus here will be on food. You'll find recipes for healthy, whole food, plant based dishes that taste great and are quick and easy to make. We totally understand that you may have little time and even less patience, so we'll include short videos with many of the recipes to make learning easy.
This is definitely a "go at your own pace" kind of site. No pressure what-so-ever. We look at change as a point on a continuum. Start wherever you are and advance as quickly or slowly as you want. We're here to help, every step of the way.
