Ingredients

15 oz. can
Black beans
1
egg (cage free preferred)
Jalopeno peppers
Salsa – your favorite
Instructions
Heat the black beans in the sauce pan, bring to a boil then reduce to simmer
Cook egg – over easy or sunny side up
When the egg is almost ready, add beans to serving bowl, then add egg on top
Add a few jalapeno peppers and salsa
Notes
We like to add chopped avocado on top to make it even better! Enjoy.
